1. Obtain a letter declaring that you are single from the your LCI village in Uganda

2. Take the letter to Uganda Registration Service Bureau (URSB) in Kampala. They will search through their database to check, then issue you with a singleness certificate if satisfied

3. Take the singleness letter to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kampala for attestation

4. Take the singleness letter to the Embassy of the U.A.E in Kampala for attestation

5. Present the singleness letter to the Embassy of Uganda in Abu Dhabi for attestation
