A - Applicants who are in Uganda: 

1. Obtain the certificate of Good Conduct from Interpol, Naguru, Kampala

2. Have it attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kampala

3. Have it certified by the U.A.E Embassy, Kampala

4. Have it certified by the Embassy of Uganda, Abu Dhabi

B- Applicants who are in the U.A.E: 

1. Obtain the police clearance certificate from Interpol, Dubai

2. Have it attested by the U.A.E Ministry of Foreign Affairs Office in Dubai or Abu Dhabi

3. Have it attested by the Embassy of Uganda, Abu Dhabi
