Today 30 March 2022, Mr. Luai Mousa from the Embassy of the state of Palestine visited the Uganda Embassy Chancery and signed the condolence book in the honor of late Rt.Hon.Jacob Oulanyah who was the speaker of the parliament of Uganda . He expressed heartfelt condolences on behalf of his country.
